About Inbound College

Building a platform for marketers where community, mentorship and growth are at the forefront.

Inbound College was created to make learning marketing feel closer to doing the real job: solving problems, making decisions, receiving useful feedback, and building skills that stand up in the workplace.

01 / What it is

What is Inbound College?

Inbound College is a place for practical marketing training and direct, experienced guidance. Its programs combine clear instruction with realistic work, live classes, feedback, mentoring, and an active community of peers and program mentors.

The goal is simple: help people understand not only what to do, but why it matters, how to make a sound decision, and how to apply that decision to a real campaign, account, team, or business.

01

Learn by solving

Work through realistic problems and produce decisions, plans, and projects you can explain with confidence.

02

Learn with people

Ask questions, compare approaches, and get feedback from peers, tutors, and experienced practitioners.

03

Get help when it matters

Bring a live challenge to a mentor and leave with clear, practical next steps you can act on.

02 / Why it was founded

Learning should prepare you for the work.

Early in his marketing career, Swarnadeep found it difficult to build a solid foundation, gain hands-on ability, and learn the practical judgment companies actually expect. There was no shortage of online content, but much of it was built around passive learning: watch videos, read slides, complete a simple test, and collect a certificate.

That can create the feeling of progress without the ability to handle real work. In a competitive market, knowing the terminology is not enough. Marketers need to analyse imperfect information, make choices, explain their reasoning, and improve based on feedback.

Inbound College was founded to offer a more useful path: intensive, hands-on programs where learners solve realistic problems, build valuable skills, receive direct support from marketing experts, and become more confident doing the work—not just talking about it.

“I wanted to build the kind of learning experience I needed at the start of my own career.”

03 / The person behind it

Meet Swarnadeep Das.

Swarnadeep brings years of marketing experience across several brands, along with a strong belief that people learn best when they can practise, ask honest questions, and receive thoughtful feedback.

For more than two years, he was an active mentor and tutor at Turing College. He supported students and working marketing professionals through digital marketing programs, reviewed their projects, and held one-to-one mentorship calls.

Seeing learners turn confusion into clear decisions showed him how powerful this kind of education can be. He fell in love with the combination of structured learning, practical training, and human mentorship—and Inbound College grew from that experience.

04 / Why mentorship matters

Some challenges cannot wait for another course.

Swarnadeep also remembers how difficult it was to find fast, actionable guidance when a marketing decision needed to be made. Sometimes a colleague does not have the context. Sometimes a generic answer does not go far enough. And sometimes you simply need to talk the problem through with someone who has handled something similar.

Mentorship gives professionals a direct path to that help. Bring the real problem to a one-to-one live call with an experienced senior mentor, work through the context together, and leave with practical next steps—often in just 30 minutes.
