Using our services

Terms of service.

These terms explain the rules that apply when you visit Inbound College websites or take part in our training, mentorship, and related services.

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using our website, joining a waitlist, purchasing or attending a program, or using a mentorship service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service.

Specific programs may include additional written terms. If those terms conflict with these terms, the program-specific terms apply to that program.

2. Our services

Inbound College provides marketing education, professional training, mentorship, and related resources. Program descriptions, schedules, instructors, formats, and availability may change. We will communicate material changes to confirmed participants where reasonably possible.

Joining a waitlist expresses interest only. It does not guarantee admission, a place in a cohort, a particular start date, or a particular price.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement in your country to purchase or use a paid service. Information you provide must be accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account.

4. Fees, payments, and cancellations

Prices, taxes, payment schedules, cancellation rights, and refund terms will be shown before purchase or provided in the applicable program agreement. You agree to pay the disclosed charges using an accepted payment method.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that apply to you under law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse our website or services, interfere with their operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use our services to break applicable law.

Participants must engage respectfully with instructors, mentors, staff, and other learners. We may take reasonable action to protect the safety and integrity of the learning community.

6. Course materials and intellectual property

Our website, branding, course content, recordings, templates, and other materials are owned by Inbound College or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, purchasing or joining a program gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the supplied materials for your own learning. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, sublicense, or create a competing course from them.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to use it only as reasonably needed to deliver, support, and secure the service.

7. Third-party services and links

Our services may link to or rely on third-party tools, websites, payment providers, or platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

8. Educational disclaimer and liability

Our content is provided for educational purposes. Results depend on many factors, and we do not guarantee particular business, advertising, employment, or financial outcomes. You remain responsible for your professional decisions and for checking whether information fits your circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using our services at any time, subject to any applicable payment or cancellation terms. We may suspend or end access when these terms are materially breached, where required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our services, or others. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services, business practices, or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Inbound College in Lithuania, without limiting mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
